由九龙仓集团与中海地产合营发展的重庆国金中心（IFS），上星期五启幕并进行剪彩仪式，本公司董事Ferdinand Cheung（张家豪）当天有幸获九龙仓集团邀请出席，现场气氛热烈。
Chongqing IFS, a joint-venture development between Wharf and China Overseas Land, has celebrated its opening last Friday. Our director, Mr. Ferdinand Cheung, was honored to be invited by Wharf to attend the Opening and Ribbon-cutting Ceremony.

The opening ceremony took place in the Open Piazza of Chongqing IFS and was officiated by senior management of the Wharf Group and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited. Following the successful launch of Chongqing IFS, Wharf has officially affirmed their position in Chongqing.

重庆IFS为重庆市中央商务区首屈一指的综合体项目，由一座大型商场平台丶一座300米地标塔楼和四座大楼组成。由构思设计概念到项目落成，Ferdinand与他的团队在贝诺合共花了整整八年的时间。Ferdinand是重庆IFS的设计及项目董事，负责项目总体规划和零售裙楼设计。
The mixed-use development is located at the heart of Chongqing CBD, comprising a 102,000 sq. m. retail podium, a 300m landmark tower, and four other towers. Ferdinand and his team have dedicated over 8 years, from concept design to completion, to this iconic project during their time at Benoy. Ferdinand was the Design and Project Director for the development’s overall masterplanning and retail podium design.
